DNA Boxes Could Cure Diseases!

Recently, scientists in Denmark have made a DNA box to cure diseases, such as cancer and other disorders that can be deadly for the body.
The box is made of DNA and has a lid that can open and close. It even comes with a lock and key. The key is made of DNA and only a certain strand can open it. The box is 30nm (nanometer) on each side. For comparison, the thickness of a human hair is at least 1000 times larger.
Scientists plan to use this box by putting drugs inside and have it delivered to certain cells only, such as cancerous cells. This will kill the cancer without harming other cells and without side effects.
This type of technology is called 3D DNA nanotechnology. UCLA has a lot of people working with this type of technology in the California Nanosystems Institute.

NINTENDO CONFIRMS POKEMON GOLD AND SILVER REMAKE!

Nintendo confirmed on May 8, 2009, in Japan, that they were going to make remakes of their hit games Pokemon Gold and Silver, renamed Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver, releasing in September 2009 only in Japan, and early 2010 in America, because they wanted to take the games from the Gameboy Color, to the Nintendo DS and DSi.
On the hit show in Japan, Pokemon Sunday, Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver were announced. Nintendo said that they were going to refine the best features from Pokemon Gold and Silver, as well as new features in the games.
Nintendo confirmed that there will also be a few features from other Pokemon games such as from Pokemon Yellow (your Pokemon following you around).
Not much is known about the storyline yet. We do know that it will continue the story from the latest Pokemon game, Pokemon Platinum, and follow the quest of the original games.
Pokemon Heart Gold is releasing in Japan in September 2009, and releasing in America, early 2010. It will be available to play on Nintendo DS, DS Lite, and the new DSi.
New Operating System Called MAC OS X Snow Leopard Will Be Available Soon

Scheduled to be released in approximately one year, Mac OS X Snow Leopard promises to deliver “a new generation of core software technology that will streamline Mac OS X.” According to Apple, Mac users will have more hard drive space for storing photos and music and as well as other improvements.
One of the ways Mac accomplishes this is by making more RAM available:” Snow Leopard extends the 64-bit technology in Mac OS X” making it possible to run applications faster.
Another improvement from Snow Leopard is that it speeds up JavaScript, a programming language, making web applications “more responsive.” According to Apple, “Safari runs JavaScript up to 53 percent faster with Snow Leopard.”

Due to the uprising in Apple sales, Microsoft has been launching ads to get a step further in the war between the two computer companies.
Despite Microsoft’s ads of “I’m a PC”, most people think that Apple’s ads are better.
Still, after all the commotion, Microsoft is ahead in the actual sales war and nobody knows if Apple will pass Microsoft.
Some people say that Apple will win because this year it is launching the new Snow Leopard, which many think will be one of the best operating systems in the world. However, Microsoft is also releasing Windows 7 at the end of the year which has amazing reviews so far.
This war has been going on since 1983 and people have different opinions about whether the war will end anytime soon.
